When one payment becomes three orders, the shopper has three parcels with three stories. One winery confirms in a minute, another the next morning, and the third has a delivery slot on Saturday. The order screen has to show all of it without turning into a spreadsheet.
Each seller order is its own record with its own status, and the buyer's screen follows the whole group. A stream carries a change on the seller's side, a confirmation or a dispatch, to the buyer as it happens. The shopper sees one card per winery, with the delivery slot and a status line, and a single total above them.
Buyers and sellers are separate roles over the same models, so there is one model of an order and two ways to look at it. What I like about that is what it cannot do: the buyer's screen has no button to change a status, because that button does not exist in the buyer's role.
