Log of the voyage
The brief
Shoppers in Ukraine see a different price for the same product in every chain. The app had to put those prices next to each other, with sale badges and the price per kilo or liter, and let people find a product by typing, by category or by scanning its barcode.
The course we set
Angular and TypeScript produce one codebase for iOS and Android. NgRx keeps catalog, search, lists, cart and orders in one predictable store. Google and Apple sign-in store their tokens securely, and AppsFlyer deep links let a shared product open straight in the app.
The landing
The finished app has a home screen of today's deals and popular categories with city-based prices, a catalog by category and subcategory, live search with recent searches, a product page that compares every chain's price, favorites that move into the cart in one tap, and an order history with store, pickup address, total and status.

The Per-Kilo Leviathan
Shelf prices cannot be compared directly: packs differ in size, sales end on different dates, and a bottle on sale can still cost more per kilo than a bigger one at full price.
How it was tamed
Every price on the product page is shown with its price per kilo or liter, next to its sale price and the date the promotion ends, so the chains can be compared at a glance. The cards in the catalog and in search carry the same per-kilo price, and one NgRx store feeds every screen.
